GreenMinded, Inc. is a group of talented, successful individuals who run their own business on a social entrepreneurship framework, fusion their resources and abilities to make a difference, giving no room for failure. They have all the ingredients of making anything they touched a success! So contagious that the community empowered can pay forward through mentoring other in need communities, whether in preservation of culture and heritage or in the livelihood empowerment, entrepreneurship and bridging leadership.

They are the fellows who immersed themselves in the real business world and touch based with communities, understanding their needs, weaknesses and limitations , empathizing the sufferings caused by exploitation. The fellows have the strength and conviction to tell the rest to back off and stop green washing .Give the needy a chance for fair equity and fair trade while giving the consumers the real value for their money, not some conscience value imposed on the products.

A woman of high energies, spiritually gifted and with an attitude of unlimited possibilities.  Mary Jean is an empowered individual with a genuine heart to share,  giving life to positive changes benefiting a magnitude of people.  MJ has a touch that  can flick a magical experience emanating from sparking  one's spirit to  soar high and reach optimum potentials, contagiously creating one direction towards successful community based livelihood.

Mary Jean is the woman behind the Social Optimum Development Quadrant of Sustainability (SOD-QoS) Principles.  A product of continuing learning process as she dwells into the realm of community development, experiential learning, bridging leadership and social entrepreneurship.  MJ is the Managing Director of FastBooks, Inc. distributing business systems and providing business consultancy services for local and international corporations. She identifies the vacuum of missing component and identified the principles that frame a sustainable community livelihood eradicating the dependency syndrome towards full blown sense of ownership, accountability and leadership.

Dante Soriano

Mr. Dante Soriano is a CPA and CIA by profession.  He is the managing partner of Soriano, Soriano and Associates providing Accounting and Auditing Services to local and international clients.  Dante is passionate to help and empower the community based livelihood ensuring that sound business system and controls are in place regardless of how small a business is.

Arlyn is a multi-awarded  and one of the top journalists in the country.  She has won the admiration of the world with her courage and perseverance delivering to the people truth,  freshest and controversial news.

She has the authority to speak in the field of terrorism, peace and order and journalism.  A book author and a publicist with her various printed magazines and productions, Arlyn is an asset delivering the goals and giving life to the hopes and dreams of the marginalized sectors to enjoy economic freedom.

A Social Entrepreneur herself who experienced hardship in life, she is an inspiration to many.

Noemi Pamintuan - Jara is a Social Entrepreneur.  She is a community developer and initiator for the welfare of the deaf community.  Noemi is one of the key movers of the Waldorf School.  She is an agent of change and a mentor.  Noemi is also connected with College of St. Benilde.  She does Corporate Social Responsibility engagement for various corporations.

Ferdinand Cruz

Ferdinand is a world renowned community and organization developer, a local and international market link, a logistics expert, a business developer, government and private project consultant, a radical thinker and results oriented leader.

He is the man behind the success of ornamental fish industry net caught method, in the  Philippines and other countries.  He fought against the cartel doing cyanide fishing.  His dedication speaks  for the quality of the ornamental fish under his organization.  A respectable person in the ocean protection, Ferdie is a UN consultant in this field of endeavor.  He has been featured in CNN, ABC News, local media and various local and international magazines.

Ferdinand is one of the major forces behind the conception of Soup of the Day Quadrant of Sustainability.

He is the honorary Chairman of the Board  for GreenMinded, Inc. guiding the company to mix and match community needs, process and application ensuring delivery of goals and objectives.
